After losing my mother to complications from diabetes, kidney failure, and heart disease, I made it my mission to seek out natural ways to support the body, mind, and spirit. Along the way, I faced my own struggles with weight, perimenopause, and emotional healing. I found strength in the wisdom of the earth and sea.
What began as a search for answers became a calling.
